About Triony Behavioral Health in Nashville
Welcome to Triony Behavioral Health, a men’s mental health outpatient facility located in the heart of Nashville, TN. Founded by brothers Jay Booker and Matt Booker, both proud natives of the community, Triony Behavioral Health is a testament to their personal recovery journey and commitment to creating a positive impact.
Our Story
Jay and Matt share a unique bond rooted in personal growth and recovery. With a combined 27 years of overcoming obstacles related to substance abuse and mental health, they embarked on a mission to make essential resources accessible to those facing those same challenges. They named the company after their late parents, whose memory serves as a constant inspiration. Together, they share a deep dedication to supporting others on their path to wellness. Above all, this commitment to giving back is a testament to the transformative power of their family bond and the enduring legacy of compassion they aim to create within the community.
Why “Triony”?
The name “Triony” is a homage to Tria and Tony, serving as a daily reminder of where Jay and Matt came from and how far they’ve come. It symbolizes the transformative journey from struggle to strength, from despair to resilience.
Our Mission
Triony Behavioral Health is not just a facility; it’s a vision born out of personal experience. The Booker brothers are driven by the goal to create a supportive environment for men grappling with mental health issues and substance abuse. Their commitment is rooted in the understanding that growth is a continuous process—one they wish to facilitate for others, just as it was facilitated for them.
Our Purpose
Triony Behavioral Health stands as a beacon of hope and transformation. In addition, it’s a community dedicated to breaking down the stigma surrounding men’s mental health. The mission is to empower individuals to embrace their full potential, free from the constraints of trauma, mental health, and addiction.
Community-Centric Approach
Our commitment extends beyond the individual as we aim to better the community by engaging in outreach programs, supporting mental health awareness events, and providing resources to those in need. We believe that by fostering understanding, connection, and growth, we contribute to a future where all can thrive.
