James grew up in Nashville and studied Psychology and Spanish at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, studied medicine at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, TN, then moved to Boston for his adult psychiatry training, and then to Chicago for child and adolescent psychiatry. He’s passionate about improving mental health in the Nashville community for all ages.

She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Tennessee with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Her approach is trauma-informed, ethical, and client-centered, with a strong focus on clinical integrity, measurable outcomes, and creating supportive treatment environments for both clients and teams.
